Spray-dried gum acacia

Spray-dried by Willy Benecke. Acacia senegal and acacia seyal, conventional and certified organic, with agglomerated grades for fast hydration. Beverage emulsions, fiber enrichment, gummies, encapsulation.

Coconut MCT oil powder at 50 and 70 percent oil load, organic available. High-oleic sunflower oil powder. Organic peppermint oil powder. Two-ingredient label: oil and gum acacia.

Custom oil powder production

You specify the oil or oil-soluble active, the load rate, the carrier and the particle size. We spray-dry on our own gum acacia in the United States. Custom lots carry a production minimum.

At the end of the main aisle, on the far wall of Bayside

  1. Enter Bayside hall on Level 1 through the Lobby F entrance.
  2. Walk in to the main cross aisle and turn left.
  3. Follow it to the end wall. We are right there, a few steps up from the Tasting Bar (#1816).
