PureAcacia Organic Peppermint Oil Powder is organic peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita) spray-dried onto organic gum acacia at a declared 8 to 12 percent oil load. It is a tan, free-flowing, water dispersible powder that carries a clean peppermint flavor and aroma into a dry blend without liquid oil handling.
The composition is organic gum acacia, organic peppermint oil, and silicon dioxide as a flow aid. Nothing else. There is no inulin, no maltodextrin, no modified starch and no caseinate, so the ingredient line on a finished pack stays short and every part of it is recognizable.
The powder is certified to the USDA National Organic Program by Oregon Tilth and is kosher pareve. It is spray-dried in the United States and stocked in our New Jersey warehouse.
