PureAcacia oil powders are spray-dried lipid systems in which dietary oils are encapsulated in gum acacia and converted to a free-flowing powder. The result is a product that delivers the nutritional or functional benefit of an oil without the handling challenges of a liquid: limited oxidation exposure, no clumping, no equipment cleaning issues, and a clean label with recognizable ingredients.
We manufacture our oil powders in the United States. Gum acacia is both the encapsulant and the carrier. It provides an oxygen barrier that protects the oil during processing and storage, contributes prebiotic fiber, and keeps the label clean. Our MCT oil powders are stocked in both 50% and 70% oil load versions. For applications where organic certification is required, certified organic versions are available for both.
